Our mission is to provide safe, clean, and affordable housing for those most in need, including low-income families, veterans, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities. We strive to improve the quality of life for our residents by ensuring access to safe housing and essential resources like financial literacy programs.

Affordable Housing Development
We acquire and rehabilitate vacant or underutilized properties in Illinois, transforming them into safe, affordable homes for underserved individuals and families. Our current focus is on Madison, St Clair and Rock Island Counties where affordable housing options are limited, and the need is great.
Veteran, Elderly, &
Disability Housing
Veterans, the Elderly and individuals with disabilities face unique challenges in securing affordable housing. Eye Housing Solutions is committed to providing housing that is tailored to their needs, offering accessible living spaces and specialized support to ensure long-term stability.
Community Support & Partnerships
We believe that true impact comes from collaboration. That’s why we build strong partnerships with local businesses, government agencies, and financial institutions, while also providing essential support services to our residents. We offer financial literacy workshops to help families manage their finances, build credit, and budget effectively.
